1. Using TinyAct
TinyAct is a habit-building app with social accountability features. You must be at least 13 years old to use TinyAct. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
2. Your Content
When you upload photos or create content on TinyAct, you retain ownership but grant us a license to display it within the app. Don't upload content that:
- Violates others' rights or privacy
- Contains harmful, abusive, or inappropriate material
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Promotes illegal activities
3. Community Guidelines
TinyAct is a supportive community. We expect all users to:
- Be respectful and encouraging to others
- Not spam or harass other users
- Not impersonate others
- Report inappropriate behavior
4. Push Notifications
TinyAct may send push notifications to help you stay on track with your habits, including:
- Daily reminders: Notifications at your preferred time to complete your commitment.
- Social nudges: Messages letting you know how many group members have already checked in today.
- Partnership updates: Notifications about invitations, streak changes, and group activity.
You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or the app's notification preferences.
5. Streak Partners
When you enter a streak partnership, both parties agree that breaking a streak affects both users. This is a social agreement within the app and creates no legal obligations.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
TinyAct is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not responsible for any health, fitness, or personal outcomes from using the app. Always consult professionals for health-related matters.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
